It is a well-known fact that the assassination of President John F. Kennedy Is an event that changed the course of American history forever. While some people like to focus on how our country would be different had Lee Harvey Oswald not shot that “magic bullet” on that fateful November afternoon. Others would like to focus on if Oswald was even the gunman at all. Chief Justice Earl Warren set out to do just that. Amid the frenzied assumptions of what happened that day on November 22, 1963 President Lyndon B. Johnson assigned Chief Justice Earl Warren to head up a commission to investigate the true happenings of J.F.K’s assassination. With extreme hesitation and resistance from some of the members of the commission, a group of handpicked men set out to find the truth. What they found was a copious amount of evidence that pointed at Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone assignation of President John F. Kennedy.
